Managing Partner
Innovative, results-focused and tech-savvy CEO Michael J. Sherick is recognized throughout the real estate industry for his strategic planning skills, asset management expertise, dynamic leadership and client engagement techniques. He has achieved success by skillfully managing mixed-use and multi-family assets to maximize value and portfolio returns. Over his career, he has received recognition as an organizational leader, mentor, resource and advocate while working with clients, internal partners and key stakeholders to align and execute a management strategy across portfolios.
From 2016 to 2021, Michael led the transformation of GNR Group (GNR Equities LLC) as Chief Financial Officer, bringing the organization from owning 150 units and loans maxing at $1.5M to owning +1K units and closing $5M to $10M loans up to five times a year. Prior to that success, he led Miles & Generalis, Inc. as Controller and Portfolio & Asset Manager, where he dramatically increased gross revenue and portfolio value while reducing expenditures, streamlining procedures and developing strong partnerships with stakeholders and partners to achieve targeted income, expense, rate and return targets.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Real Estate from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Philosophy degree with a Minor in Computer Science from Nyack College. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania. In his free time, he serves as an active member of the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate, the TriStateAssociation of Realtors and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR).
Managing Partner
With a seven-year career spent entirely in the affordable real estate sector, Rob Perito has been driving overall planning and forecasting to maximize profitability for investors in the real estate industry. Rob has also developed a record for aligning the adoption of tools and processes to support an ongoing financial planning process for future growth. His efforts have allowed him to foster trusting relationships with team members to achieve objectives and surpass expectations.
Over the last three years, Rob has delivered exceptional asset and investment/investor management to obtain financing for loan management and construction job costing as the Senior Financial Analyst at GNR Equities, LLC. There, he prepared quarterly investor distributions for 30+ different investment funds, semi-annual reports for investors for 30+ different entities, and monthly internal reports for management for 20+ separate property holdings entities. From 2016 – 2017, Rob functioned as a Real Estate Development Analyst for Progressive Housing Ventures, LLC, where he partnered directly with the company's CEO and Founder to manage the company’s four current communities’ growth efforts with two additional communities in the pipeline.
Whether he is leading teams or delivering tailored support to key stakeholders, Rob is dedicated to making continuous improvements in integrated business planning processes to meet performance metrics in challenging Covid-19 affected markets.
In addition to his professional achievements, Rob possesses exemplary educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and Real Estate from Villanova University.
