NOVVEX is a vertically-integrated real estate investment company, meaning that it is both the operator of AND an investor in its properties. Income for NOVVEX will be generated from both the rental distributions generated by the investment properties, as well as the fees necessary for the management of the investments, properties, and assets.
NOVVEX takes a buy-and-hold approach to build a diversified portfolio of properties across multiple states to build strong cash flows to its investors long into the future. NOVVEX seeks to be the new standard in affordable housing while also providing a new standard for stabilized long-term investments.
